Imaging - Electrophoresis

An investigator can use the MultiImager to image a gel. A picture of a gel taken using our MultiImager is below.

Using the software the bands can be made more visible by inverting the image and adjusting the brightness and contrast. Below is an example.

You can do further analysis using the Quantity One Advanced software. Below 3 lanes have been framed for further analysis.

The lanes have been compared against each other below.

Numerical data has now been exported to an excel file, and the peaks have been shaded. There is now a quantitative result from the image.
