Bio-Rad Molecular Imager FX
Location: 873 WIDB
The multi-imaging system detects a wide range of fluorophores and can be used with storage phosphor technology to quantitate radioisotopes. It has 50 mm resolution and a 5 order of magnitude linear dynamic range.
Features:
• Single- and multicolor fluorescence via direct laser excitation
• Radio isotopic imaging – quantitate 32P, 33P, 35S, 14C and 3H
• Detection of fluorophors in gels, blots or solution
• Analysis and Quantitation of bands – Using Quantity One
• Excitation - 20mW 532 nm, 546 nm
