PE Packard Fusion Universal Microplate Reader
Location: 873 WIDB
The PE Packard Fusion Universal Microplate Reader is a state of the art plate reader capable of 10 detection modes. It supports 6- to 1536-well formats and can read virtually any non-isotopic method of detection.
The Fusion offers the following modes:
• Absorbance (230-700nm)
• Luminescence (dual, glow, and enhanced flash; including BRET)
• Top and bottom fluorescence intensity
• FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer)
• Fluorescein Filter Set (FITC)
• 14 filters to select wavelength specificity for excitation and emission (see Available Filters below)
• plate shaker, and temperature control
